Any changes in the schedule should be done before entering scores. This cuts
down on errors.
Fixed the news paper reports so it prints the right number of bowlers.

Fixed add a new sub swap sub with bowler in the subs and lineup so it returns
properly to that form.
Added input subs phone number while adding a new sub, from edit or input scores.

Make the following adjustments to the the USBC award form
Fixed the Youth bowlers so they don't get mixed with the Male and Female bowlers
Fixed the non merged league, so the the form gets printed if you change genders
in the middle of printing
Added a new sort for the bowlers, under the sort drop down menu, or drop down
menu in the sort form
This sort will sort on the games, series and averages, but it sorts from low to
high showing the low scores.

Fixed edit team name in the edit team drop down menu and edit team name so it
brings up the right team
Modified the USBC awards and split the male and female up for merged non merged
leagues
Made separate listboxes for the High Score Award and the Special Achievement
awards.
This will make it much easier to print all of the Special Achievement awards on
one form
and then the High Score awards on the other form.
Made some changes on the restore routine, so we go directly to the previous
league folder for the restore.
