Randy I just want to take the time to tell you that I love this years' software. I was really glad when you came up with the deletion of high score awards. It makes it so simply. I am glad that I purchase bowl 101 again this year. I have also let it be known to other secretary and treasurer to purchase the disk because I know they will like it. needed. Sad to say, the bulk of the computer industry does not look at it that
way, and that, of course, leads to all of the problems and complications that we
have with our systems. I compliment you on your knowledge and ability to put
something together that would work in the flawless manner that it did. Your desire to make this program the best it can be is second to
none in the software industry. The program keeps getting better and better, I wouldn't know
what to do without it Our local AMF Bowling Center has just been upgraded with the
latest gee whiz computer software (so they tell me). I've already "said" that your assistance was outstanding and the
updates were just what was needed but I want to add: you have to understand the
problems of bowling league secretaries and the many problems that crop up to be
able to make the proper changes. It is the best program I have come across and having Randy
available 12 hours a day 7 days a week is wonderful. He has always led me in the
right direction and doesn't ever treat me like the computer illiterate that I
am. I am a newly appointed secretary of our Thursday night league. I
have been in bowling all my life but never on the board. Thank you for all your help. If only every company was so great

Bowl101 for the last 6 or 7 years and without it I would give up my officer

My Monday Knights League now uses the 28 point system, now all I do is hit 1
key and see which bowlers won the points. It a great help. As I also work in the "Customer Support" industry I am always amazed at the
insane hours you seem to keep, and the speed with which you provide the Customer
Support. One heck of an example for the rest of us..... I have encountered so many con games and you are the first person
representing any company who really offered outstanding tech support and help as
you have, and in all the years I have been working with computers and also
acting as a League Secretary, I have not found a program as good or down to
earth as your is. I really like your program. I have been using it for 3 years. Thanks for the
update, especially the WIBC awards form. My Association Sec. will appreciate it. I was a former user of the Bowl101 Dos system. I tried some of the other
programs and found them to be of a lower standard. Bowl101 seems to be the best
out there. I especially like the print outs of the weekly standing sheet. It's
so much better having all the info on one sheet. Just a little note to let you know I have tried your program and know right
now that I will look no further for a scoring system. Yours does it all. Every version gets a little easier to use. Thanks, Randy! I am still a new user, but I can say I have used many different types of

what time you call for help. If Microsoft develops some of your service techniques, this might be a better

Have used it for 3 years now and it is really easy and fast. I should have thought of it. Bowl 101 is the only program that I have used. But I have talked to other ladies that use
other programs. The way that they describe it, Bowl 101 has a friendly format. I believe that
Randy is the best at helping out when you need it. Played with 5 week trial and thought wow this is easy and being a new league secretary I need
all the help and time savings I can get. This is my Third Season to use Bowl 101 and I will never change! It is the most inexpensive

like the fact that when I do have a problem you are very prompt in resolving it and working
with me to insure I am happy. Great Program! Would be lost without it! Program has worked fine. For those who are seeking a bowling program to use on the Mac for
which there apparently is not one available and they are willing to spring for Virtual PC, this
program is a good alternative. It works must faster and more reliably than my effort to use
the CDE software with Virtual PC. I haven't tried it with Soft Windows, but it should also
work as well. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with your software. I used it for a summer league with eight four-person teams and had all my
paperwork done in less than a half hour. I’ll be using it this winter for a fourteen-team league that bowls every other Saturday night. Have been using Bowl101 for 5 years. It made my job faster and easier. In general the whole program has reduced my reporting from 2 hours to 10 minutes. I am very happy with this software, and have recommended it to other secretaries. I know of 2
who have switched after my recommendations. I Love it!! Very Easy to use!! The program has done a wonderful job from the DOS version to the one I used last year. I plan on using this
software for ever as it is the best I have seen and I have seen the others. I'm a new user of Bowl101 and I really like it. As a first time Sec/Treas of a small leagues I found it very easy to use. I like the way
it sort of walks you thru the steps of setting up a league and entering scores for the week. Just wanted to let you know that I think this program is absolutely the Greatest...I use it for 3 Leagues...different I have enjoyed using Bowl101 since my shareware version. I am really happy with program and I am excited about the new
version 11.0 this will be my 2nd season as secretary and appreciation the

Includes most of what I need as the secretary/treasurer. I can tell you that I have Perfect Secretary and Bowl101 and I use Bow101 because it is much
easier to use and you are able to modify the standing sheet before you print. This has worked
because of the type of league I am using it for. I have spoke to you in an e-mail about this
league. This was the first program I bought and I think I have wasted my money on the other
one. I was real impressed when I heard from you so soon. I am sure I am not the first person
to tell you but I am going to stick with you and your program just because of the

From the first copy of your software to the last one, it only kept getting easier to use and would handle more issues. Keep up the
good work and when anyone asked me which bowling program they should use…I would be more then happy to pass your name
and address to them. The Most for the Least... This is the most feature rich software I looked at AND at the lowest
price. I have been a secretary/treasurer for five years and maintained all my records in a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Great tool; but very cumbersome. I felt it was time for something
easier and designed specifically for maintaining bowling records. Our league started 5/21 and I
couldn't wait to get back to my computer to try it out. I was amazed when I had everything
inputted and printed out in less than an hour! I stopped by my bowling center today and
overwhelmed the manager with the printouts and features. So much so that she planned on
visiting your site and purchasing the software herself. She is always being asked by new
secretaries to recommend a scoring program. You certainly have two supporters in Charlotte, NC. Randy and Bowl101 are the absolute best in bowling and support for league secretaries!! I've never had this much help trying to solve a problem with any other programs. started using Bowl101 it was very easy to miss them but now I can easily check every week to see who is eligible. My league is a senior league
and some of the women are over 80 so when they do win awards it is important to be recognized. I have said it before and I'll say it again....this program makes the job of being league secretary so much easier. It even works quite

I have used Bowl 101 in the past and it was very easy to use compared to some other programs I
looked at. I really like the latest version. It has really improved over the years. Good

downloaded for a couple of weeks and it works very good. I provide secretarial services for 2 of my kid's leagues and may take on a 3rd this year. Bowl101
is fantastic - it is easy to work with and once everything is set up, it only takes about 15 minutes to enter and print the weekly
results for an entire league of 36 bowlers. This software is the best program I have used to calculate bowling scores. Your program and personal touch with your customers is truly great Great Software - Has all the features of the more expensive secretary programs, and is easy to
